As a long-term care pharmacy (LTCP), we provide medications and consultant pharmacy services to long-term care facilities such as nursing homes. We provide continuous access to a pharmacist as well as offer emergency delivery of medication. Our main focus is to ensure that patients have access to their medication therapies in a timely manner.

Our “closed door” division, Sublimity Pharmacy, is located inside the same building as Stayton Pharmacy in Suite B. We provide door-to-door service to all local long term care facilities such as:

• Pharmacy consulting services – drug utilization reviews, psychotropic drug monitoring and meetings, nursing station reviews
• Registered nurse, licensed practicing nurse, and certified medication aide inservicing
• Modified unit dose packaging of medications
• Automated cycle fill processing of routine medications
• Medical records – medication administration records and physician orders
• Billing of insurance
• Itemized billing statements
